A monetary range of $25-$27 per hour and a $1.50 shift differential constitute the compensation package for the Senior Tech position we are offering.
Operational Time: The second shift of Friday through Sunday, starting from 6:30 AM and continuing till 6:00 PM, is when this work has to be carried out
The role of Facilities Maintenance Senior Technician requires the ability to rapidly troubleshoot equipment issues and restore machinery to service in a timely manner. This ensures the efficient operation of the supply chain facility and helps to avoid any disruption to the transportation of materials.

Essential Job Functions:
- As a technician stationed on-site, it is your primary duty to maintain and troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical components associated with Material Handling Equipment (MHE), encompassing conveyor systems, sortation, robotics, or Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
- Tune-up the operation of scanning devices, cameras, field communication, weighing scales, and label dispensers
- Upgrade, renovate, or substitute adjustable components such as cables, chains, and belts and worn-out parts such as pulleys, bearings, and rollers
- Regular cleaning and lubrication can be easily done by following the manufacturer's recommendations. Calibration, on the other hand, typically requires specialized equipment and expertise
- Utilize the designated training materials, manuals, and technical information
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components on motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, tachometers, encoders, etc.
- A common issue in PLC troubleshooting is communication between the PLC and other devices, such as sensors or other control systems
- Execute scheduled maintenance and basic troubleshooting of various types of manufacturing robots
- Harness mobile devices and an asset tracking system to create and complete Work Orders that contain the necessary data, such as labor hours, downtime, problem identification, its cause, resolution steps, and the parts used for repairs
- Develop and maintain a harmonious relationship with everyone in the organization to ensure optimal productivity and cooperation
- Maintaining equipment requires following specific safety procedures and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). These measures help to eliminate any potential safety hazards related to the equipment and ensure a safe work environment
- Grows awareness of the variety of technological frameworks implemented in the Distribution Center.
- Implements a structured work area and prioritizes the well-being of the entire Maintenance team.
- Employ verbal or written communication (e.g., customers, suppliers, colleagues) to reduce equipment downtime.
- Handle and utilize powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-moving machinery.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
Mastery of using a computer/laptop and skill in handling mobile apps on handheld devices
