Schedule: 9am-5pm M-F
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hr

Recruiter Job Description:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both staff and volunteer positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and culture.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships to expand the talent pipeline.
Facilitate a seamless interview and selection process, including coordinating interviews and managing communication with candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
