• To be considered for the role of a driver, certain qualifications must be met. These include being at least 16 years old, possessing a spotless driving record, and having at least two years of driving experience if you're 18 years or older.
• Prospective managers must meet specific criteria such as being at least 18 years old, passing the company's background screening, and preferably having prior experience in management.
